A Semi-Automatic Blowing Machine is a machine used to manufacture PET bottles from pre forms by heating and blowing them into bottle molds using compressed air. It is called “semi-automatic” because some operations, such as loading pre forms and removing bottles, are done manually by the operator.
Working Process
Preform Loading – The operator places PET preforms into the heater. Heating – The preforms are heated to the required temperature. 3 Blowing – High-pressure compressed air expands the heated preform inside the mold. Bottle Removal – The operator removes the finished bottles manually.

- 2 Cavity Machine: 1,000–1,500 bottles per hour
- 4 Cavity Machine: 2,000–3,000 bottles per hour
